Teen rebellion often keeps parents awake at night. This is a period when a previously calm child changes almost beyond recognition. During this time, the teenager is often emotionally unstable, reevaluates their views and gives in to extreme feelings. Although this is certainly a difficult moment for many caregivers, the phenomenon of teenage rebellion is very important in the development of young people. How can you tell that it's time for rebellion? Why is this stage so important for a child? How can you help yourself and your child survive this time and what can come of it?
