However, for large capacity 12 volt batteries, a slow car battery charger is usually fine. As for batteries and inverters, choose what you like. But NOT CAR BATTERIES. Look for at least a marine deep cycle, and if you can get your hands on a couple of golf cart batteries or 12 volt true deep cycle from brands like Trojan, that's a good idea.
