Mix salad oil and salt in boiling water, add flour, knead, wrap and let rest *It's hot at first, so it's a good idea to use cooking chopsticks2. Cut the eggplant into 1cm cubes3. Cut the pork belly into 1cm widths4. Fry the pork belly in a frying pan over medium heat5. Add the eggplant to 4, add salad oil and cook until the eggplant is soft6.
