An old recipe. I converted it for the Thermomix®... and what can I say... once you try these rolls, you'll never buy table rolls again. ❤ Don't want to miss anything? Subscribe to the channel and activate the bell ❤ Recipe for 6-8 rolls: 300 g water 15 g yeast 1.5 tsp salt 500 g wheat flour 405 Put water, yeast and salt in the mixing bowl 2 minutes / 37 °C / level 2 Add flour 3 minutes / dough level Leave to rest in the mixing bowl for 1 hour Form the dough into a roll, divide into 6-8 pieces and roll into rolls. Cut into them and cover and leave to rest for a further 30 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 240 °C top and bottom heat. Spray with water. Bake for 10 minutes at 240 °C on the middle rack, reduce the temperature to 210 °C and bake for a further 10 minutes. Shortly before the end of the baking time, spray the rolls with water again.
