There is a center for operational counteraction to organized crime, called Super Contra 6)), headed by a man named Rambo. The operatives are tasked with destroying a criminal syndicate called DNME. List of differences: the names of the main characters have been changed, the title screen has been changed, the appearance of the characters has been slightly changed (they look more like the characters from the original Contra), the number of lives has been increased to 8.
