On this occasion I bring you for the first time a tutorial of a party, cocktail or evening dress; it is a long dress with an opening in the leg; on the top it has the off-the-shoulder or dropped-shoulder design, I show you from the taking of measurements to the making of it; I only omitted the placement of the closure because we have already seen it in many other tutorials. For this garment I used 3 and a half meters of shantung with a little elastane; the dress is made to measure but fits a medium size. I want to mention that you can leave the top part originally as in the tutorial and add the skirt design that you like the most. If you already know how to make the basic patterns or already have them on hand, you can skip to minute 9:19 because from there we begin the transformations of the basics.
