O Jataveda, please bring me the golden moon and the goddess of fortune. 1॥ Bring me that goddess of fortune who is born of the Vedas and who never fails. In that woman I shall find gold, cows, horses and men. 2॥ The horse-fronted chariot was awakened by the roar of an elephant. I offer to goddess Śrī, the goddess of fortune, the goddess of fortune. 3॥ Who is that smiling, golden-walled, wet, burning, satisfying, satisfying woman? I offer you here that goddess of fortune whose complexion is like a lotus and who is situated on the lotus flower. 4॥ The moon is the source of all radiance, and the goddess of fortune is shining with fame. O lotus-eyed one, please worship Me, so that I may attain happiness. Horse-giver, cow-giver, wealth-giver, great wealth. O goddess, please give me wealth and all my desires as I desire it. Sons and grandsons, wealth, grain, elephants, horses, cows and chariots. You are the mother of all living entities. May you prolong my life. Wealth is fire, wealth is air, wealth is the sun, and wealth is wealth. May Indra, Bṛhaspati and Varuṇa enjoy your wealth. O Vainateya, drink the moon, and may the killer of Vṛtrāsura drink the moon. May the moon-god, the moon-god, give me the moon-god, who is the source of all wealth. There is no anger nor envy nor greed nor evil thoughts One should always chant the Śrīsūkta of the Supreme Personality of Godhead for His devotees who have performed pious activities. May the sky, clouds and lightning rain down on you in the morning. Let all the seeds grow, O brāhmaṇa, and kill your enemies. O lotus-loving one, O lotus-bearer, holding a lotus in your hand, O garland of lotuses, O lotus-eyed one, O Lord Viṣṇu, dear to the universe, please place Your lotus feet upon me.
