Today I'll show you how I mill our 50cc tuning cylinder with a 4-channel flush. In the 2nd generation of our SK series, we have adapted the transitions of the overflow channels to the original crankcase so that no flow resistance occurs. As in the 1st generation, the SK-50/4 Evo Zwo is also only manufactured to customer request and is a cylinder that is designed for both everyday use and sportiness. The cylinder kit impresses with perfect workmanship for consistent performance and driving pleasure. The elaborately crafted channel flush has been improved again here, the channels have been enlarged to the maximum. This ensures an even more powerful and lasting effect even with highly trimmed exhaust systems. The inlet has also been enlarged and ensures faster filling in the crankcase. The cylinder has a 4-channel flush, which optimally swirls the mixture thanks to the new sizes. A specially shaped exhaust channel with the new V-shape ensures even more effective gas exchange. Standard exhaust systems, AOA or even Reso exhaust systems can be used as exhausts. A BVF 19 with a 90èr HD or a Mikuni VM 20 with a 120èr HD is recommended as a carburetor. Of course, the cylinder can also be used with smaller carburetors. The air filter should also be replaced with a sports air filter. Enjoy watching.
