It looks like we'll be able to see the peak of the fall foliage this weekend (around the 19th), and the fall foliage in Seorak will likely end around the 26th near Baekdamsa. How to go to Bongjeongam on Seoraksan Mountain as a day trip by public transportation Take the first bus from Dong Seoul Terminal (6:49 AM), arrive at Baekdamsa around 9 AM, and hike 8 hours round trip to Bongjeongam. If you return to Baekdamsa by 6 PM, you can return on the last bus from Baekdamsa to Dong Seoul (19:30 PM).
