In my case I have used these ingredients: ????????‍???? 500 gr approx. of pork ribs 300 gr approx. of pork secret (use) 1 kg of potatoes 1 teaspoon of turmeric 1 teaspoon of thyme 1 bay leaf 1 chilli or cayenne pepper ground pepper to taste salt to taste olive oil 2 ripe tomatoes 3 cloves of garlic 1 onion 1 heaped tablespoon of meat choricero pepper (can be substituted with 1/2 red pepper) 1 carrot approx. 200 ml. of white wine ????????
