This week, the Prosa Rural Podcast will talk about the innovative technology of cassava mini-cuttings as an alternative to planting material. Mini-cuttings are small and very efficient. They are innovative in replacing traditional seed cuttings, bringing advantages in logistics and transportation, and also becoming more efficient as propagation material. Cassava mini-cuttings reduce losses due to phytosanitary problems and have a higher propagation rate than traditional seed cuttings, in a process that allows for better scaling of large-scale planting material production, with standardized dimensions.
