We leave satisfied and grateful to many Mexicans, women and men, whom we dedicate ourselves to serving by putting into practice the principle that for the good of all, the poor come first. We signed the decrees to publish two constitutional reforms in the Official Gazette of the Federation: the one that allows the National Guard to be incorporated into the Secretariat of National Defense and the one that recognizes indigenous and Afro-Mexican peoples as subjects of law. We present a final report on the situation in the country, the result of a different economic policy that does not obey international organizations. It is a source of pride to have managed to get 9.5 million people out of poverty. The accumulated social investment from 2019 to 2024 in the Well-Being Programs was 2.73 trillion pesos. In 6 years of the 4T, 20 times more was invested than in the previous 5 six-year terms. In the Fourth Transformation, thousands of jobs were created through public works and record foreign investment; salaries increased—as had not been seen in 40 years—without impacting inflation; the peso appreciated historically; we positioned ourselves as the main trading partners of the United States and rose two places in the list of the 20 largest economies in the world. We were the six-year term that opened the most hectares of irrigation and did so with a public budget. The population is happy; we rose 11 places and are in 25th place worldwide. In addition, there is confidence in the government, in the secretariats and the Armed Forces. The perception of insecurity decreased. The people affected by Hurricane John in Oaxaca, Guerrero and Michoacán will receive permanent attention. Members of the Secretariats of National Defense and Navy, as well as the National Guard and the National Coordination of Civil Protection, are helping the people. We are delivering hot food, distributing food supplies and providing medical services. The census of damages by the Secretariat of Welfare is active with the purpose of directly supporting 15 thousand affected homes. We send our solidarity and support to all of you; you will never be alone, you have always counted and will continue to count on the support of the government. The president-elect, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, will visit Guerrero on Wednesday, October 2, together with members of the Cabinet to assess the situation, which will be one of her first activities as head of the Executive. In the first stage of the Fourth Transformation, we were able to move forward because we did not allow corruption and we created an austere government, without luxuries, and the savings were distributed among the people, who are sovereign.
