Premiere Tutorial: Basic Clip Cutting Tutorial with 2 Simple Methods Clip cutting requires following a series of principles that are not too complicated or strange. You just need to carefully apply these cuts to the film and audio track or piece so that you can do a strong, basic, and simple editing. There are various methods for cutting a film, of which I have only mentioned two. Two of the most efficient ones need to be mentioned. I would like to say that the concept of L-cut and G-cut is for audio, but for easier understanding, I did the story of L-cut and G-cut on a video piece. One small mistake I made was that L-cut is the insertion of sound A over sound B, and G-cut is the opposite of this story, which means the insertion of sound B over A.
