Alternate nostril breathing (Anuloma Viloma) helps you to develop more concentration, focus and inner peace in everyday life. Alternate nostril breathing can help prevent headaches (migraines), stress and colds. You can also use it for sleep problems or anxiety. If you are pregnant, please only practice very gentle pranayama (without holding your breath!). You can do this mindfulness practice before or after your yoga practice.
