This Clinical Session is linked to the Master in Contextual Therapies. https://www.isep.es/curso/master-en-t... In this webinar, we will discuss third-generation therapies. These therapies represent a form of intervention that has been developed with the purpose of modifying the patient's behavior, but from a global and person-centered perspective, rather than focusing solely on the problem. The patient's experience with their problem is taken into account, as well as how the social and cultural context has contributed to their behavior being poorly adaptive. Unlike other techniques, these therapies are based on the power of context and dialogue to achieve this modification, through acceptance by both the patient and the therapist. In this session, we will explore practical techniques and effective tools that will help us achieve this goal. Taught by Rocío Fernández-Durán Coordinator of the guidance departments at Regnum Christi schools in Spain. Teacher in various master's degrees and training courses, including the Master in Third Generation Psychological Therapies at ISEP.
