For those who have had enough after the paddling trip, we're going to help Roger on the Smoker Special from Saturday to Sunday on the Rüss. After being on the Gisike on Sunday morning with people in the train - you can't imagine it - we're really happy to finally be on the water. It's a really relaxed day without a lot of paddling, the Rüss is moving properly. Just outside Bremgarten we're spending the night where Roger joins us after the Smokerschloess. On the second day we're all motivated to go to the V-weir in Bremgarten, but as we said, it's closed and there's still the Whitsun market ????. So we're walking through the market in our boat. A path that takes 5 minutes takes almost 7 minutes... We had a good ice cream, we were able to get a nice beer or at least something similar... We set off again with a few more waves than yesterday. We had to stop a few times on the way because Andrea wanted to swing her bike and Urs lost her breath and we had to keep pumping. We were so exhausted by the time we got to Rüssbädli that we disembarked in Stilli and finished our tour.
