It is simple and quick to prepare, and the visual effect is super elegant! :) Spinach shows its best face in a fresh version, so I recommend you not to use frozen ones. The whole leaves need literally a few dozen seconds to soften, but at the same time maintain a beautiful vibrant color. I used the other half of the spinach to prepare pesto sauce, thanks to which it will be possible to thoroughly cover the entire pasta with a thick and distinctive sauce - in addition to the spinach, I added parmesan cheese, roasted cashew nuts and sunflower seeds, a clove of garlic, olive oil, salt and lime juice to the pesto.
