The frontman of the band Zlutý pes has been associated with Southern rock all his life, which he fell in love with in the early 1970s, when he went to the USA for a three-month stay. However, his lifelong love is also the blues, which he devoted himself to, among other things, in a joint project with Ivan Hlas. But he was also at the founding of another Hanspaul legend, the YoYo Band. In On Air, Ondřej Hejma also recalled his long-time teammate Franta Kotva or the fact that in the eighties he received an offer to record the first two songs in the studio in exchange for transliterating the songs into English for Petr Hannig. Which southern rock band is your favorite? How did he enjoy Prima Scream, who also dabbled in this genre in the 90s? And how does he remember his judging in talent competitions? Watch the full interview. ON AIR is a talk show by music columnist Pavel Kučera with musicians and people from the music industry.
