On the goat farm in Wendland in Lower Saxony, Sören Obermeyer has to take care of another important branch of his business - in addition to the goats. He wants to plant potatoes. Since farmer Johannes Bercht took over his parents' farm, there has been a big celebration once a year. Johannes is expecting more than 250 guests in the evening. The farm should shine. At the Kriseby stud farm in Schleswig-Holstein, the horses should be back out into the paddock as soon as possible. But first, boss Wulf-Heiner Kummetz and trainee Barbara have to build a new fence. They get to work with a farm loader and pile driver. But Barbara is not a craftswoman. And Wulf-Heiner likes things straight and tidy. Not ideal conditions for a successful collaboration. In any case, Barbara's initial good mood level soon drops to zero. In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Mühlenhof boss Benedikt Ley visits his oil mill. He took it over three years ago. The farmer wants to use it to expand his product range. Because he has enough land to grow oilseeds in larger quantities. Rapeseed, camelina, linseed and sunflower oil are currently being pressed. Together with an employee, he then drives to the Müritz.
