A soldier as guardian angel, the first radio interview of a Holocaust survivor, an escape over half-collapsed bridges, the first day of school in destroyed Hamburg - "My 1945 - North Germans remember the end of the war" tells in the form of a video diary how people from northern Germany experienced the year 1945: between chaos, doom and relief. "My 1945" is something new: for the first time, ECO Media and dbate.de have produced a historical video diary together with NDR.
