Hello everyone, as announced, we drove on to Chiemsee with the motorhome. The first motorhome parking space we came across was a hit :-) It is still possible to drive up to a parking space spontaneously. Well, you do have to be a bit lucky and the time of arrival also plays a role. We were at the motorhome port in Bernau-Felden: https://www.bernau-am-chiemsee.de/med... The motorhome parking space has just been modernized and has space for 50 motorhomes with enough electricity. The site is on the motorhome, which of course has its advantages and disadvantages. The motorhome noise did not bother us, we don't spend the whole day at the motorhome anyway and we didn't feel bothered by it at night. The location makes up for it many times over, right on the Chiemsee :-) Whether it's a restaurant, snack bar, surf school, boat rental and much more, you will find everything in the immediate vicinity.
