Belgrade hairdresser in the fight for heritage! A hairdresser from Vračar returns to the mountain village of Šljivova near Krupnje in the west of Serbia every weekend because of his grandfather and grandmother's property. Nikola will make a paradise out of his grandfather. Nikola was born in Radjevina, in Krupanj, and as he says - he is working temporarily in Belgrade. His home is not even dewy Krupanj, but the house of grandfather Krstivoj and grandmother Borka in the beautiful village of Šljivova. Nikola spent every free moment here since he was a child, as he does today. A year and a half ago, he started an almost impossible thing in his grandfather's name - to make a girl out of grandma, to make a beauty out of the old house. However, there is still one problem that has been going on for decades, and that is a story in itself. The whole of Šljivova knows that there is one house that is almost impossible to reach. You can go through a relative's property on foot or by tractor on your great-grandfather's path. Everything is written in the books and there should be a road, but due to unresolved property and cadastral issues, getting to Nikola's grandfather's place is an adventure. The easiest way to get to the house is by helicopter. In addition to the fact that the road is uneven, crooked, full of ramparts and unusable in the rain - we also have to move the neighbor's fence, because the road is drawn right there. The team of Moje dedovina comes to finish the renovation, but also to solve a decades-old problem - to make a way to the ancestral home. Apply for the series at [email protected] A complete application will be considered the one that contains a historical story about the grandfather and pictures of the state of the house and garden, a story about the ancestors, a story about the family today and the number and composition of the crowd for all three days (how long the works last) . The series brings in three thousand euros to help buy material, and the host gathers the help of loved ones. Selection starts at the end of 2024.
