The second part of Tad Karos's story about raiding and the prosecutors who covered it up and the raiding attack by bandits sent by Darius Mockaus to break up the business. Raiding is an aggressive seizure of someone else's business. In the 90s in Lithuania, raiders often threatened company owners with announcements in order to take over part of the company's shares, later they started to control the company's activities, and finally all the assets were 100% transferred to the company controlled by the raiders. One of the most prominent examples of black raiding in Lithuania is the large construction company "Mitnija", from which "Darnu Group" grew. Wait for the sequel.
