LEARN HOW TO MAKE A MICKEY DISNEY CHOCOLATE LOLLIPOP BWB! Everyone knows that children like chocolate, right? Now imagine if it's from a character they like, they'll love it! Chef Edna Agunzo brought you a great tip for you to make a lot of money on Children's Day or themed parties. Learn how to make a Mickey chocolate lollipop that you can fill or leave pure chocolate. Even adults will want to try! Ingredients 70g of white chocolate fractionated coating Liposoluble powdered chocolate coloring in the colors Black, Skin, Light Pink or Red Hazelnut cream Milk chocolate BWB acetate mold with Mickey's face Lollipop sticks Preparation: 1- Melt the white chocolate as indicated on the package and distribute it in 4 bowls to dye. 2- Dye each bowl with the color directed to the character. To dye the color that will be on the tongue, add a little light pink chocolate or a little red and adjust as desired. Stir well until the food coloring is completely dissolved. 3- Using a pastry bag with a small hole, fill in the details of the mouth and eyes. If necessary, use a spoon to help control the chocolate. Wait for this layer to dry before adding the top layer. Fill in the ear part with black. Never fill the entire mold, just enough to cover the mold and fill the design well. Before filling, insert the desired toothpick and fill with the hazelnut cream and finish with the milk chocolate to create the final base. 4- Refrigerate until opaque.
