Hello everyone, dear friends! Today it's time to discuss the MAN TGX Euro 6 standard, which was produced until 2020. Let's find out what it consists of and what units were installed on it. What engines and gearboxes, what fuel system and how it differs from the previous model, MAN TGX Euro 5 standard. A distinctive feature of all MAN TGX trucks is the presence of diesel engines with a volume of 10.5 or 12.4 liters. The power can fluctuate from 360 to 440 horsepower in the first case, and 480-540 hp in the second. However, this is not the limit - there are models on which an eight-cylinder V-shaped engine with a volume of 16.2 liters and a power of 680 hp was installed. The transmission, which was installed on such cars, could be 16-speed or 12-speed (mechanics and automatic, respectively). The reliable braking system had electronic control.
