A beautiful wedding cake is a must for a wedding. A fondant mixture is usually used to give the cake a visual appearance. Unfortunately, fondant is extremely sweet. I also use fondant for my wedding cake - but not to cover the cake, but to create an attractive ambience for the highlight. In this video I show how to make fondant from marshmallows and how to cover the cake plate. In the following video I bake the cake and show an example of how to design the wedding cake.
