Now all live streams also happen here simultaneously with Twitch! Below are some frequently asked questions you may have: Does this mean that the videos cut/edited with only the parts that matter, as they were always posted here, will end? A: No, the Haya Lives schedule will remain the same for those who enjoy following this format, with daily videos whenever possible! And will the VODs of the lives be available here? A: Yes and no. In short, as the channel's programming will remain the same, I do not intend to publish all VODs here because otherwise it will become duplicate content, in addition to affecting the channel's metrics/algorithms. What I intend to do is: the lives of games that would NOT already come to Haya Lives will be available via VOD for anyone who wants to watch. For example: very long games or games that we start and don't finish and that I generally don't post here, will have their VODs maintained for anyone who for some reason wants to watch (with ~24h early access for Members). Games that will certainly be posted, such as GTA, Zombies, Sunday games, campaigns, etc., will not remain as public VODs. However, anyone who is a Member will have access to these VODs in full if they want to watch the content before they are published on the channel via normal video. Are the Members already active then? A: Yes, the Membership System (which is equivalent to Twitch's Subs system) has just been released here on Haya Lives, which means that anyone who wants to directly support my work can now also do so here on YouTube. The values are the same as Twitch and divided into 3 Tiers. What are the benefits of being a Member? A: Exclusive emotes Exclusive badge that evolves over time No slowdowns in chat Access to Tournaments Access to draws held on Discord Access to VODs of ALL lives Early access to VODs of the lives that will be public If you choose to become a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Member you will have extra benefits, such as more chances in draws and priority in tournament registration, but they are not as many benefits as Subs Tier 2 and 3 of the Twitch due to the limitations of YouTube's own features. Will the lives here on Youtube be in higher resolution? A: Yes. I set up a setup of 2 PCs that allows me to stream to Twitch at 1080p quality, which is the maximum allowed there at the moment, while here on YouTube the live stream is at 1440p, providing a more pleasant experience for those who like to watch on TVs, for example. What do you intend to do with regards to music copyright here on YouTube? A: Basically I stream in a way where the songs I'm listening to come out on Twitch live but don't come out on YouTube live, thus keeping the channel free from copyright issues. However, I know that this can leave the live on Youtube with a less cool atmosphere, as there is no background music at times. I'm studying how I can have copyright-free music playing on YouTube, while on Twitch the normal songs that I always listen to remain. Why did you choose to do the lives here and not on the main channel? A: I did some live tests at the end of last year on the main channel, and after analyzing the results of everything, I came to the conclusion that it makes more sense to hold the lives on this channel here, due to the format of the content. However, some specific lives may end up being done on my main channel, such as lives from major COD events or other things/situations that make sense for that channel's audience/reach.
