This practice is dedicated to stretching the sciatic nerve. We will follow a sequence of Asanas aimed at stretching the piriformis muscle (deep in the gluteus, often responsible for inflammation of the nerve), the ilio psoas (hip muscle, involved in tension when we suffer from sciatica) and the lumbar area. On an energetic level we will work the first and second Chakra, centers located in the sacral and lumbar area.
