The State Secretariat for Culture, Sports and Leisure (Secel-MT) is launching the notices for the Aldir Blanc National Policy (PNAB) in Mato Grosso, Cycle 1 edition. With federal resources of more than R$26 million, the State Department prepared 11 public selections covering the areas of historical and museological heritage, literature, creative economy, audiovisual and other cultural policies. The notices will be directed to individuals, legal entities with and without profits and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). There will be approximately 230 projects that will have values between R$25 thousand and R$3 million for their feasibility. Instituted by Law No. 14.399/2022, the Aldir Blanc National Policy (PNAB) is permanent and decentralized. For five years, starting in 2023, the Union will annually allocate resources to promote culture in all states, municipalities and the Federal District. This form of transfer is regular and different from the actions developed under the Aldir Blanc I Law and the Paulo Gustavo Law, for example, which were created on an emergency basis. Among the forms of execution of investments are the public administration's public notices and projects. According to the Deputy Secretary of Culture at Secel, Jan Moura, the execution of the PNAB represents a very important phase for the implementation of the National Culture System. “We count on social participation to prepare the public notices according to the demands of the cultural sectors in Mato Grosso. Now is the time to present them so that we can begin the execution of the PNAB in our state, thus guaranteeing the safeguarding of memory and cultural manifestations, and the constitutional right of access to culture”, emphasizes Jan Moura. #secelmt #govmatogrosso #pnab #aldirblanc #minc #governofederal
