Recipe: Ingredients: Dry lasagna pasta Cheese Ham Ingredients for the Bolognese Sauce: Vegetable oil for sautéing 120g of chopped mortadella 3 slices of bacon 500g of ground beef Chopped onion Chopped garlic 1 ½ L of tomato passata 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 100g of butter Oregano to taste 1 small box of cream How to prepare the Bolognese Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, add enough vegetable oil to brown the ingredients. Add the mortadella and bacon and sauté well. Add the ground beef and stir well, until all the liquid from the bottom of the pan is gone. Let it sauté over medium/low heat, stirring occasionally. Add the chopped garlic, mix the ingredients and add the chopped onion. Sauté well. Add all the tomato passata and cook for approximately 45 minutes on low heat. Add the tomato paste and a little water. Stir well so that all the ingredients are mixed. Let the sauce cook for another 45 minutes. Add the butter and oregano. Add the cream. Ingredients for the White Sauce: 100g of butter Chopped onion Salt 1 L of milk 50g of wheat flour How to prepare the White Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Add the chopped onion. Let it sweat well and, after a few moments, add a pinch of salt. Add 700 ml of milk over low heat and wait for it to heat up. In another pan over low heat, add the other half of the butter and the wheat flour. Mix the ingredients well and let them cook for approximately 10 minutes. Add half of the flour and butter mixture (already cooked) to the pan with the milk and mix well, until the sauce begins to thicken. Add more milk and more of the butter and flour mixture, until the sauce reaches a good consistency. Assembly: In a tall dish, start assembling the lasagna in stages: 1. Bolognese sauce base 2. Pasta 3. Bolognese sauce 4. Pasta 5. White sauce 6. Pasta 7 7. Cheese 8. Tomato sauce 9. Pasta 10. Ham 11. Pasta 12. White sauce 13. Pasta 14. Cheese 15. Tomato sauce Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve hot with a basil leaf.
