Ingredients: 250g of noodles, 1 onion, a handful of carrots, a handful of chives, 200g of pork for japchae Seasoning: 2T of soy sauce, 1T of mirin Seasoning: 300ml of water, 6T of soy sauce, 2T of mirin, 2T of sugar, 2T of cooking oil, 2T of sesame oil 1. Soak 250g of noodles in cold water for 1 hour. 2. Season the pork for japchae with 2T of soy sauce and 1T of mirin. 3. Trim and slice the onion, carrot, and chives. 4. Pour 2T of cooking oil into a pan and when it is heated, add the seasoned pork and stir-fry. When it is cooked, add the onion and carrot and stir-fry. Transfer to a plate. 6. Add 300ml of water, 6T of soy sauce, 2T of mirin, 2T of sugar, 2T of cooking oil, and noodles to a pot and stir-fry for 4 minutes until most of the moisture is gone. 7. Add all the boiled noodles and stir-fried pork and vegetables.
