The reason I included the Japanese superstitious culture is because at the time, there were many works in Japan that dealt with the relationship between nature and humans. For example, it was like Ghibli's Princess Mononoke. I think JSS also took the Stone Age's existing conflict between nature (spirits) and humans (machines) from this concept. If you watch this video... you'll probably understand a little bit why I don't like Netmarble. Haha
