In this video, I will guide you step by step through the process of self-treatment of low back pain caused by a dysfunctional pelvic position. A common cause of low back pain is the overload of two thigh muscles, which, by shortening, cause a dysfunctional pelvic position. Namely, this is the shortening of the tailor's muscle (musculus sartorius) and the straight (long) head of the quadriceps muscle (musculus rectus femoris). Both shortened muscles can be released relatively easily. WARNING: You perform self-treatment according to this video solely at your own risk and you waive any legal claims against the author of this video. In case of any uncertainty or if pain occurs, discontinue self-treatment and do not continue it. Before starting self-treatment, consult your attending physician about its suitability.
