Root rot disease occurs in forests of all ages. In the video, Henna Höglund from the Finnish Forestry Centre and Tuula Piri from the Finnish Natural Resources Centre illustrate how the disease is identified and how it can be controlled through forest management. The video was produced as part of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's Tyvituho project, which develops methods for the precise control of root rot, and which is funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as part of the Hiilestä kiinni programme.
