Our country's representative snacks for the common people, Sundae and Chicken! They are generous in quantity, affordable in price, and great snacks that can be eaten as a quick meal. However, there are people who work day and night to make these representative snacks for the common people, Sundae and Chicken. Sundae A Sundae processing plant in Yangju, Gyeonggi-do. Not only Sundae, but also various pork by-products are produced here. The daily production of Sundae and side dishes is a total of 6 tons! There are about 10 types of Sundae made here. The ingredients that need to be prepared vary depending on the type of Sundae. The manual work of washing and cutting the vegetables that go into Sundae continues, and preparations for making Sundae begin in earnest! The filling of pig intestines with Sundae is also difficult without skilled techniques. Sundae processing plant in Sokcho, Gangwon-do. Here, they make six unique sundae. The most representative ones are Abai sundae with glutinous rice and Squid sundae with squid body and legs. As it is easy for consumers to eat, the process is meticulous. Let’s visit the site where they make sundae with lots of sweat. Chicken A chicken processing plant in Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, where work begins early in the morning, where they bring in slaughtered chickens and process them for the second time. About 4 tons of chickens are processed here every day! 24 hours are not enough to deliver them to about 130 places on the same day. Before making chicken, a snack loved by everyone, the workers remove the fat attached to the chicken one by one, cut the chicken against sharp machines, and marinate it with over 10 different seasonings and package it in a single process. Meanwhile, among the various restaurants that provide chicken that has undergone secondary processing to customers, the most popular is the chicken house! Workers struggle in front of hot oil to make it easy and delicious at a low price!
