We have already covered recording a guitar in a line in the training lessons on our channel. Today we will talk about recording metal. Let's start with choosing the guitar itself (the important rule of 2 by 2, and a couple more criteria) and an amplifier, continue with settings and overlaying effects. As a guitar amp, we will use the free VST plugin 8505 from Nick Crow Lab, which is an image of the legendary Peavey 5150.
