Ingredients: I calculated the ingredients for 4 servings of salad. 4 romaine lettuces 3 individual chicken breast fillets 7 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of mustard 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese Half a wheat baguette 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 large clove of garlic pepper to taste Preparation: First, prepare the sauce. Put the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix and set aside to chew. Then cut the chicken fillet into about .1 cm slices, season with pepper only. Pour olive oil into a pan and fry the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side. When the meat is ready, transfer to a bowl next to it. If the heat treatment is too long, the fillet will become too dry. Next, place the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl (cut off the older thickening). Add half of the prepared sauce to the lettuce and mix thoroughly. Then spread the lettuce on the prepared plates. Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes and spread on the lettuce. Now it's time for the croutons. Cut half of the wheat baguette into cubes and place on a well-heated pan. Stir constantly until the croutons are golden brown. Finally, drizzle them with a spoonful of olive oil. Spread the finished croutons on our salads. Now drizzle the salads with the other half of the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan.
