To prepare these delicious Beef Meatballs. These are the ingredients that I used. INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds of ground beef 5 carrots 3 green squash (Zucchini) 3 large red potatoes Chipotle chili to taste. (Sauce) FOR THE BROTH BASE: 3 tomatoes 1/2 onion 1 clove of garlic 1 1/2 tablespoons of beef broth powder. And grind in the blender. FOR WHAT I ADDED TO THE MEAT: 2 tomatoes cut into small squares 1/2 onion cut into small squares Finely chopped cilantro quantity to taste 1 handful of rice. 1 egg Stir everything and form the balls. Add 1/2 extra bunch of cilantro to the broth at the end. Sauté what you ground in the blender in a little oil, let it boil for 1 minute and add water as needed to form the broth. Add the chipotle chili, I used 1/2 a small can. English: Rectify if it needs salt or more beef broth powder, this is the time to add it. After this step, add the corn since these take longer to cook, and the carrots that will be cut into not very thick pieces, let the broth boil, then you will add the meatballs so that they release their flavor and cook well again let the broth boil, and add the potatoes, the pumpkins cut into not very large squares and the sprig of cilantro and let everything cook for around 15-20 minutes. You will notice that the meatballs are well cooked because they have already changed color apart REMEMBER that ground beef cooks faster for the same reason because it is ground as opposed to a large piece.
