Music: Epidemic Sound --------------- Recipes in the video: Tomato soup from the oven (for 2 family portions): 2kg tomatoes 1-2 onions 2-3 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp olive oil 500ml stock (e.g. beef or vegetable) Spices to taste, fresh or dried (thyme, rosemary, marjoram) Optional cream to taste Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar on a baking tray, add the tomatoes cut in half, the peeled and roughly chopped onion and the garlic, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees circulating air for around half an hour. Then place in a pan, puree and strain through a sieve. Pour in the stock. Optionally season with cream to taste. Goulash: 1kg beef goulash 1kg onions Approx. 1.5l water or beef broth 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp vinegar Spices: 3 tbsp paprika powder, salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram, optionally caraway and 1 bay leaf Peel the onions and dice finely. Fry in a little oil, add the goulash pieces and fry. Briefly fry the tomato paste, then pour in the soup, add the tomato paste and vinegar as well as the spices. Cover and simmer over a low heat for approx. 2 hours.
