About :

Honda Motos do Brasil pioneered a technology previously only seen in automobiles: the dual-clutch automatic transmission. The first motorcycle equipped with this transmission was the VFR 1200 F, an expensive touring motorcycle that was equipped with the first generation of this DCT transmission. Years passed and it became a little more common, equipping the X-ADV scooter, the Africa Twin big trail and then the NC 750 X, always imported from Japan. In 2023, Honda Motos Brasil became the first factory outside Japan with a license to assemble the DCT automatic transmission, which allowed the Africa Twin Automatic to be assembled in Brazil and, after a few months, Honda announced that it was also assembling the NC750X in Brazil. The advantages of this announcement are many: lower costs, greater production capacity, ease of replacing parts and much more. But is the NC 750 X DCT really good? Is it worth buying an automatic motorcycle? How is the drivability, consumption, performance of a motorcycle where you don't need to press the clutch and change gears because it does it all by itself? Is it any good?
