HIKING in VANOISE: Pralognan - Péclet-Polset refuge and Lac Blanc

Easy hike above Pralognan-la-Vanoise with an elevation gain of about 700m, where it is possible to observe marmots. Allow 3h30 of walking to the white lake, a quarter of an hour less to reach the Peclet-Polset refuge. The departure is from the Roc de la Pêche car park, just after the village of Prioux, 10 minutes from Pralognan-la-Vanoise. Allow 45 minutes of climbing to reach the first refuge of Roc de la Pêche. The large valley offers you a double panorama of the glacial domes of Vanoise and Polset. After about 1h30 of walking, it is possible to visit the Alpage de Ritord where Beaufort is made. After 3 hours of effort, you should reach the Péclet-Polset refuge which is located at an altitude of 2474 m. Keep your eyes peeled, as there are many marmots along the trail. Enjoy your hike!
