About :

Ilkka Vainio, the eldest of the songwriter's five children, remembers his father Juha Vainio in Mirja Pyykö's program. Presented on April 2, 2006 at 10:10 p.m. Ilkka, who was born in 1960, saw Junnu's career take off from the venue, even though he himself was often involved in gigs in the summer. There, the little boy was cared for by all the famous people of the music scene at the time, including Irwin Goodman and Vexi Salmi. The program reveals that Junnu Vainio, already in his early thirties, longed for his youth and childhood. The songs Kolmatta linjaa backi, Kotkan poikii ilman siipii and Albatrossi have been born from that basis. All credit to the jute workshop.
