The Folklore Gang is back with a vengeance! In this new film, the Folklore Gang (Saci Pererê, Curupira, Caipora and Mermaid Iara) is led by Dr. Jabuti and 4 other characters from our folklore (such as the Pink Dolphin, the Headless Mule, the Victoria Regia and the Little Black Shepherd) to take on missions related to sustainability, present in 4 of the 17 UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals): - Goal 6: Clean water and sanitation - Goal 13: Action against climate change - Goal 14: Life below water - Goal 15: Life on Land There will be 4 missions, where the legends of our folklore (Saci, Curupira, Caipora and Iara) come together to protect the forest. The four missions are: Part I: Scaring away the lumberjacks Part II: Caring for the Waters Part III: A new spring Part IV: The Sustainable Farm The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal call from the United Nations to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity. The purpose of the project is to reinforce the ties that the characters of Turma do Folclore have with nature, creating a powerful tool for Environmental Education, addressing the UN's sustainable development goals in a playful way and adapted to children's language.
