His lectures are often more political than physical in nature. In a lecture on Labor Day in 2023, he criticized the Italian government and called on young people to protest for Climate, peace and equality. At the same time, Rovelli writes popular books such as The Mystery of Time and Reality is Not What It Seems, about subjects that have still not fully revealed their mysteries in physics.
