This time's special menu is, Hainanese Chicken Rice, an authentic recipe from MasterChef Adam Liaw which Che Nom referred to from Chef Adam's own YouTube channel. Che Nom was not a fan of Hainanese Chicken Rice before, but after trying to cook from this recipe, he immediately started to like it. There are 5 parts of the preparation in the video. First, how to boil the chicken to get soft and juicy chicken. From the chicken boiling water, we will use it to cook rice, chili sauce and soy sauce or dressing.
