Mainz offers a lot of diverse train traffic. In addition to the SüWex, the HLB, the VLEXX and the DB, you can also see a lot of freight trains that come over the Rhine route or Riedbahn. At the Roman theater in Mainz you can still see a few old stones, but otherwise only modern locomotives and multiple units are on the move. In this video you can see everything that is heading towards Mannheim or coming from Frankfurt and heading back in that direction!
