Cook water, jelly powder, and sugar, stir well then add Kapal Api Cafe Cream, cook until boiling, pour into a container, cool 2. Remove the jelly from the mold then cut lengthwise 3. Blend the mango with milk until smooth then add Kapal Api Cafe Cream, blend again 4. Transfer to a bowl then add mango syrup, stir well 5.
