A road trip through the north of Norway. Characterized by fells, high mountains, snow, glaciers, huge fjords, smaller sea arms, rivers and waterfalls, the nature and landscape of Lapland in Norway is gigantic. We travel in a camper van through the provinces of Finnmark and Troms from the Finnish border in Karigasniemi. We travel along the Porsangerfjord, an offshoot of the Barents Sea, along the Altafjord, an offshoot of the North Sea, along the Langfjord and the Lyngenfjord to Skibotn. On this trip in mid-June we experience different seasons, late winter in the mountain tundra and early summer on the Altafjord. We marvel at the mountain range of the Lyngen Alps and glaciers such as the Jökelfjord glacier, part of the Öksfjord glacier. We come across many reindeer with calves, seagulls with chicks, Arctic terns and swans. We spend the night in the motorhome near Lakselv, on the mountain between Olderfjord and Alta and at Kafjordbotn near Birtavarre, but also at the fantastically located Altafjord Camping campsite near Bognelv. Content: 00:00 from Karigasniemi to Lakselv, overnight stay with reindeer 03:03 along Porsangerfjord to Olderfjord over the mountain to Alta 08:58 Altafjord, campsite in Bognelv, Bubbelen spring, glacier 17:09 Lyngenfjord with Lyngen Alps, Kafjordbotn We look forward to your questions, exchanging information and comments. #travelreport #norway #lapland #reindeers #sami #scandinavia #scandinavia #fjord #traveldocumentary #travelfever #motorhometour
