The single-handed weekend took place on the Dümmer in Lower Saxony from May 7th to 8th, 2022. The regatta was well attended with a total of over 80 dinghies from the Finn Dinghy, Europe and Contender classes. I was also there with my Finn. There was no race on Saturday due to a lack of wind. At least one was sailed on Sunday. Contrary to all my intentions and goals, I came last in that one! Embarrassingly embarrassing... But: it was my first race, I see it as a test and next time it will be better.
