Fast and dirty, epic and enchanting, unexpected and exciting - this route provides proof: it is still possible to seek adventure in the mountains today. The most extravagant places in Transalp history are on the route: the tank traps on the Plamort with a view of the Ortler, the Alta Via Camuna, a dream path somewhere between earth and heaven, the Passo Bregn da l'Ors, where you can touch the mighty walls of the Brenta with your hands, and the Passo Tremalzo, a world star among mountain bike spots. But even after 25 years, there is still so much to discover out there: 3-country enduro trails that didn't even exist back then, hidden paths in the Valle del Chiese that are only now being discovered by bikers, incredible panoramic paths high above Bormio, close to old Transalp routes, but never ridden. This is an explosive mixture that sets off real fireworks. A worthy anniversary route and an epic 7-day intro to a lavish 25-year party.
